We have decided to up company splits for 2012 – 70% flat split (no sliding scale) and for virtual agents 75%.
I think this along with complete services & big marketing will be best for all.

After a long delay, we have finally introduced our upgraded website, www.demskerrealty.com. We started the company in 2009 and have been working on this project for sometime. This Demsker Realty update will allow for addition of agents, increased transparency and ease of usage for consumers.
